I mean, really, c’mon. This is the issue in a nutshell, right? We’ve lost the ability to be impartial. Why? Well, that’s a simple question to answer. Because we deemed it to be so. Not so long ago, we used to have a rule at the FCC, which mandated that any news agency which reported an issue, be impartial to the content of the issue and provide both sides to the story. In other words, when the news published something, they were supposed to be impartial. Well, since this rule was rescinded, you see where this has gone. News agencies reign unaccounted for, opinions reign supreme and there is no one place you can go to get both sides to the story.

Given this, I think it’s high time. Bring fairness back to the press. Bring fairness back to the people. Please, please, take one moment and sign this petition to ensure that going forward we, the people, are fairly represented in all things, newsworthy. Thank you!
